The Pastoral Care Team help people young and old in and around our Congregation. Between us we can arrange visiting
services, a listening ear, practical assistance and emotional and prayer support.

Our aim is to make everyone feel included and supported. We want to reduce loneliness, help young people and their
families through growing up, and provide emotional and spiritual support especially to the bereaved. We also want to help out in
